Ever since my good friend, Melissa, made shish kabobs for us one night, they have been since referred to as Melishkabobs. I've been trying to eat pretty healthy lately so I thought it'd be pretty tasty to put some Melishkabobs on the George Forman (it was raining out otherwise we woulda done it on the grill.) Boy were they yummy!
